Our next Club Meeting on Zoom is

Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30 p.m.
 

If your child is interested, but cannot meet on this day and time, please let us know. We are open to suggestions. We will determine the best day of the month to meet when we have a consensus from those registered. Please note that currently club members are having so much fun, we are meeting most weeks now on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

 

Our goal is to have a "follow the child" experience with fostering their imagination, writing and reading skills.

 

The plan is for kids to get together at least once per month with a virtual meeting on Zoom to do the following:

 

• Introduce yourselves
• Julie and Justin will provide a brief 5 Minute kid friendly presentation regarding story writing, plot or character development.
• Q & A on the presentation
• Each club member will have time to share what they are working on or ask for ideas from their peers. Examples: read their writings or what they dictated to a grownup, share ideas they have for a story, or show their favorite book and why they like it. 
• Talk about goals for the next meeting
   

If we have a large number of participants or a wide range of ages, we will break out into different Zoom meeting rooms accordingly. If you have any questions please contact us.
